We work with CRICOS-registered schools across Australia. We also partner with schools looking to connect with Chinese-speaking permanent resident families already living in their local community. Whether you're growing your international program or engaging local families seeking an Australian education, if you want better-prepared, more motivated students, we'd love to talk.
Which countries do students come from?
Our students come from Vietnam, Cambodia and China. We have trusted in-country representatives across all three markets who work directly with families and students.
What is PLC Pathways?
PLC Pathways is our school-based ELICOS foundation program. Students develop English language skills, academic readiness and cultural understanding in a safe, supportive boarding environment before transitioning to their destination school.
What are conditional offers?
With a conditional offer, students are co-enrolled at your school and in the PLC Pathways ELICOS program. They build their English in ELICOS and progress to your school once their English ability meets the condition you've set. This gives you confidence that students arrive ready for your classrooms, with their readiness verified before they transition.
What are packaged offers?
With a packaged offer, students are co-enrolled in the PLC Pathways ELICOS program and PLC Armidale, but remain open to moving to other partner schools as their English ability improves. This gives students a clear starting point and a supported pathway, while schools gain access to motivated students progressing toward their destination school.
How does in-country engagement work?
Our in-country representatives connect with students and families through trusted local networks and digital platforms including RedNote. We share authentic student stories and school experiences to engage families who are actively considering Australian education.
What support does PIES provide beyond recruitment?
Our support extends well beyond recruitment. We help schools build deeper understanding of incoming students, maintain connections with international families, and support long-term student integration and success throughout their time at school.
