Student Story

PLC Armidale

to University of Sydney

"The pathway program was incredibly helpful in improving my English and supporting my transition into Australian high school life and studies. It enabled me to achieve strong academic English skills and ultimately led to my enrolment at PLC Sydney. Studying alongside such driven and inspiring students motivated me to strive for excellence, and I was proud to achieve an ATAR of 95.85. I went on to study Media and Communications at the University of Sydney, where I completed my honours degree, and I'm now pursuing a master's degree in Museum and Heritage Studies. I'm truly grateful to have met such supportive teachers and classmates in the pathway program at the very beginning of my journey in Australia."

FAQs

Do you charge agent fees?

No. Pathways Education Solutions does not charge agent fees. Our focus is on finding the right pathway for your child, not on commissions.

What English level does my child need to start?

Your child does not need to be fluent in English to begin. If English preparation is needed, we offer structured ELICOS programs through PLC Pathways to build confidence and classroom readiness before your child starts school in Australia.

Which schools can my child attend?

We work with a growing network of leading CRICOS-registered schools across New South Wales, including PLC Sydney, PLC Armidale, Kincoppal Rose Bay, Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School, and more.

Where in Australia will my child study?

Our partner schools are located across New South Wales, with study opportunities available in Sydney and the surrounding regions.

How long does the process take?

Every pathway is different. The timeline depends on your child's current English level, academic background and intended start date. We will map out a clear timeline from your very first conversation with our team.

What support does my child receive after enrolment?

Support does not end at enrolment. We provide ongoing academic guidance, pastoral care and check-ins throughout your child's time at school in Australia, through to graduation and university entry.

Can my child still apply for Australian university after completing school in Australia?

Yes. Students who complete their secondary education through our partner schools graduate with the Australian ATAR, which is recognised by leading Australian and international universities.
